| Sweet Cajun Fire
A very different style pepper sauce with moderate heat. It's made from Cayenne Peppers and Smoked Jalapeno Peppers, Minced Garlic and Minced Onion, a small amount of Cane Vinegar and about a drop of Louisiana Cane Syrup. It's that sweet/heat thing with both sensations being enhanced by the spices and the dash of Sea Salt. This sauce is very popular. Fire in a bottle hot sauce.
