| Incredible hot sauce! Cajun Island (Award Winner) This is a medium hot sauce with too much garlic!
Inspired by our travels to the West Indies, this "Cajunized" version of the local favorite took 1st Place in the International Category of "Chile Pepper" Magazine's "Fiery Food Challenge". This mustard-based sauce is stuffed with Scotch Bonnet Peppers and tiny chunks of Garlic and Onion. A touch of Cane Vinegar and the tiny amount of Sea Salt will allow all these great flavors to come through. It's a wonderful taste with a delayed heat that will not disappoint those who seek pepper sauce nirvana. It's our personal favorite and we put it on practically everything. It's the "gotta have" sauce for those who seek the unusual.
